We warrant our Thermal scopes to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 36 months from the date of manufacturing. This warranty is 100% transferable. If you have a defect or problem with your product and you live in the U.S.A. simply send it to us. At our option we will repair or replace your defective product in equal or better condition. Your success is our success!

This warranty does not cover loss, theft, cosmetic damages, batteries, damaged caused by batteries, supporting applications and accessories, damages caused by misuse or improper handling, incorrect installation or unauthorized maintenance of the thermal device.
Warranty will void to null if the device is tampered with, product serial numbers are removed or the product has been exposed to chemical of mechanical abuse, or liquids or other substances are inside.
